Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
i let yhis snowball on me
i have3 warents. a no d.l., no registration, and no insurance. i had a d.l. just didnt have it with me. same with insurance.the tickets are 2 yrs old and i never went to court. since then my d.l. expired and DPS is now sending me letters and fines for driving with no ins and d.l. is it to late to show proof and get my fines cleared from DPS and city

Get a lawyer. The cost of the lawyer is far outweighed by the fact that without one, you may never get this straightened. It will not be cheap, but it will be worth it.
