Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

We are 5 owners to a house we inhereted. 2 of the the owners do not want to charge rent to a niece that is living in our house and 3 of us do want to charge rent how do we go about. This problem

How long ago did you inherit the house?, a partition would be the best approach which would require the sale of the house either to a third party, or the other 2 owners can just buy you out, or viceversa.
