Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I own 2/3's of my parent's home. My brother owns 1/3. I pay all the bills. He only contributes $60 a month. He earns over $50,000 a year. He refuses to contribute more. He is now doing minor damage to the house and won't replace or pay to repair the damages done. I seriously feel he needs professional help. He refuses. His behavior began changing dramatically after our mother died and got worse after the death of our father. Do I have any recourse to remove him from the house?

You can file a motion to sell the house and partition the proceeds.

Under the property code you can sue him for his share of insurance and taxes.
