Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Hello

I'm 55 years old. Ten years ago I moved into my moms house to help her with everyday things and to share the bills and to be around her in her golden years she is 78. My question is my older brother is over the will, when my mother dies do I have like 30 or 45 days to find a place to live or do I have to move the day she dies. I am in the will with equal shares of everything. It would be tough to loose my mom and my place to live all in the same day. Thought I would ask this question before it happens Thanks

It will take 3-6 months for your brother to wind up probate.
