Affadivit of heirship
I signed the DNR for my dad who left no will and has a house with (1) city lot and (1) vehicle still in his name, how do I go about transferring these items into either my name or one of my siblings in order to sell? And does the DNR mean I am executor as the doctor stated?

The assets belong to your dad's estate. You could use an affidavit of heirship or a small estate affidavit depending on the value of the property. Either way, the property is divided among all the legal heirs.
