Affidavit of Heirship form
Where can I get a free Affidavit of Heirship form? I live in the state of Texas, and am trying to get my mother and deceased step-father's property taken care of so his living children can get their dad's part.

There isn't a form per se. Look in the Probate Code. It will tell you what information is needed in an Affidavit of Heirship, and what formalities are needed.
