ailing parent wants to give power of attorney
My ailing parent wants to give me a power of attorney to conduct financial matters. If I take a form to her to sign and have a notary present, am I doing anything that might interfere with my inheritence in her will after she passes away?

Re: ailing parent wants to give power of attorney
It shouldn't, as long as you are honest with the power and your parent has the capacity to grant the power.
