Antitrust laws are federal & state laws that have nothing to do with wills & trusts for people. They are intended to protect businesses from unlawful restraint, price fixing & monopolies. The main antitrust act is the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890. You can probably research it more on the internet if you'd like.

Those are state and federal laws against monopolistic business practices, restraint of trade, price fixing, and other anti-consumer acts.

The granddaddy of those laws is the Sherman Antitrust Act; a federal statute.
