apply for Trust tax ID & open bank acct

my brother is disabled. Need--name removed--open a Trust bank acct. Do I need a tax identification prior--name removed--opening the acct because I don--name removed--want--name removed--cause taxes--name removed--me or intefere with his benefits. Also need--name removed--get legal advice for all benefits he is allowed.

I do not really understand your questions. From what is his name to be removed, why do you want to open a new account, what benefits are you talking about?
