Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Assets being liquidated. What can we do?

My grandfather left his estate to me and my cousins and left his daughters only $1.oo ea. We weren't called to the reading or any court date since his death over 2 years ago. Case is in probate and we have no knowledge as to what is going on with the will. Do we as the beneficiaries have any legal rights here?
