Assett distribution before finalization and avoiding probate

Hello Friends,

Please tell me if funds from an estate can be passed out before finalization and if probate can be avoided. All beneficiaries are in agreement and the estate has no problems. Thank You....--name removed--Moore

It can be done, but you may be building a very large and expensive problem downstream. There are good reason why estates are probated, and usually to protect the heirs and devisees.
