Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my aunt is 94 yrs old. She tells me that she doesn't need a will since she has only two savings accts. (which she has my dad on one acct with her and my cousin on the other accts with her. ) she wants to give the assets in these accts to them. she has no property at all. Is she correct that she doesnt need a will.
