Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Bank Accounts

My mother died and my father is still living. They have had separate, not joint, checking, savings and money market accounts since they have been married. Will the checking/savings/money market accounts that are in my fathers name only be considered as part of my mothers estate? My mothers will distributes 50% of her estate to my father and then the rest is distributed among her children and grandchildren.
