Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
a beneficiary makes the statement Momma you better have a will drawn up. i don't want any problems from my brothers and sisters." four or five months down the road they drive their mother
to the lawyer and sit it on the drawing up of the will. is this not undue influence?
