In TX If the beneficiary of will is deceased does the beneficiary's part go back to the estate or beneficiary's heirs? Thank you

That depends on whats the Will says. The share could go to the other heirs or to the deceased beneficiary's heirs, or any number of other things based on what the person who made the Will wanted.
