Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I just bought a new car for my girlfriend. My name is on the title. Not hers. I am planning on buying her a house with my name being the only one on the note. If I should die before they are paid for, how can I make sure both remain in her possession?

Easiest way is for you to write a will leaving your assets to her in the event of your death. You are free to change your will later, if you two ever break up, or she dies before you.
