Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Brother being evasive with Fathers Will

My Father resided near my brother who has all access to fathers possesions he refuses to give me a copy of the will or my Dads attorney. Getting a run around each time I ask him for info. he reuses to give any. My Mom and Doa where verbally clear to me as to what there wishes are. I don't even know who is suppose to handle Dads will and wishes.

He has taken total control of everyhting of Dads. What can I do legally to ensure fairness and information on all of Dads assets. What happens to his bank accounts etc. What are my rights?

If the will is in probate, you can see the will in the court's file. You can then file a motion for inventory accounting with the court asking that all transactions in the estate be documented and all property be identified. If the will has not yet been probated, you could file your own application for probate and require production of the will if one exists.
