Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Brother in law died has will but is not signed

They have property that is paid for a Truck & RV that is paid for by the insurance when he died.A life Insurance policey. The will gave everything to her the truck & rv will be paid off but is in Husbands name.She wants to sell RV. There is 2 kids Do they need to sign a form to give up any rights to the stuff.

DMV has forms available over the internet for the Disclaimer of the property.

An unsigned will is no will at all. Are the kids the children of this marriage when he died? Are any of them minors? Only after the heirs at law are sorted out can the widow go forward with selling the RV.
