Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

my brother who lived in Texas passed away and had no will. He had a mother and 4 siblings left alive. He never had any children or a wife. Everyone has signed a letter to establish his estate to be resolved except one, who will not sign. Is there any way to proceed without him?

It depends on how you are proceeding with probate. If one won't sign, then you can have that person served with process and proceed in court accordingly.
