Is the deed for the cemetary lots I own transferable?

Normally this depends upon the rules of the cemetery where your lots are located. You will need to contact the cemetery. If they let you transfer the lot, then it's transferable. If they don't want to let you transfer it, then you and your transferee may have a problem.
