Choice of Burial or Cremation

Can you supply accepted language to use in a will for your body to be cremated upon death?

Probably, although you'd best have written instructions to keep you body on ice. Assuming for the sake of argument that your will was entered into probate the exact day you died. The earliest it could be probated is at least ten days afterward, and whatever instructions you left may be moot.

Now if you left instructions as to disposition, and said in your will that everybody would be disinherited if those instructions weren't followed, that may accomplish what you want to accomplish.
