Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Can you tell me the circumstances under which a will can be probated after the 4 year time limit? I have what I believe to be a fraudulent will and the attorney who handled it was disbarred in 2007, the will was written in 2003. The person whose will is in question passed away in December of 2005.

An old will may be used as a muniment of title. The executor should have had the will probated within the 4-year period if probate was necessary. You should have an attorney review your specific facts.
