Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Confused Estate

If an estate is willed to me and probated, does anyone else have anything to say or any rights once, the person who willed the estate passes? Will I be solely responsible for anything and everything that has to do with that estate? On an equity loan will I have to sale the estate once the person passes or can I start repayment or refinance?
