Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
contesting a will
Halfbrother changed fathers will without his knowledge, removing 2 siblings from father's will. Father was unknowing of this, being very ill at the time. A lawyer is siding with half brother, and says that half brother gets everything and there is nothing we can do about it. Can anything be done to contest this will?

Re: contesting a will
Yes. You can hire an attorney and contest the will. This is not a do-it-yourself-job. It requires litigation.
