Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Contesting a will

The will is in probate, and I have not seen it. If I want to contest this will, when and where should I do this? How will I know when the will has been probated and before dispensation of property?

You'll need to hire an attorney to contest for you. You can go to probate clerk's office to view the will and find out the status of probate.
