contesting a will

how much time do I have to contest a will in El Paso TX. The will was filed with the probate court two weels ago.

I'm not sure what you have received. If you have received notice of the prove up (i.e. an application for letters testamentary), then you need to make an appearance in the suit. You should see if there has been a hearing set. I suggest you get local counsel immediately.
