What is the process for contesting a will?

If there has been an application to probate the will, then the first step is to file an answer, stating the grounds for the contest (undue influence, for example). You should hire counsel to do this, however.

One files a lawsuit against the Personal Representative and any others one thinks are involved in whatever irregularities are alleged to exist.
