how do i get a copy of my father's will if it hasn't yet been filed with the court system and my sister has the only copy that we know about?

If your sister has the original will, you can force her to probate it or at least deposit it with the county clerk in the county in which your father passed or owned property. Contact a local probate lawyer for assistanc.e
