It depends on the facts of the case. Did the decades have debt? Was the will executed properly? Are there going to be contests to the will? Is there out of state property?

Most attorneys will quote you a fee after they've reviewed the will and associated facts. Typically, the fee is either a flat fee or based on the number of hours the attorney spends on the case.
