Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My cousin has just turned 18 and is causing constant chaos in the house. Can we evict him? This house is part of the estate my Aunt left when she passed away. My mother is the executrix of the estate, and has been my cousins legal guardian. My cousin is still in high school. He has no job and will not follow any rules. He makes no contribution, of financial or any other sort. He has violent outbursts and has caused property damage here. We have asked him to move out but he refuses. We live in the Dallas, TX, area.

You probably need to consult with the attorney who is helping your mom, but on the facts you've given, I would think you could evict him through an action in small claims court.
