Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Current Texas Law Regarding Executor Responsibility

Is it current law in the state of Texas that the executor of an estate must, upon filing the final account, (unless waived by beneficiaries) give notice of same to beneficiaries via registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), and that this notice shall contain the final account itself, showing all assets, debts, and executorial disbursements? Thank You
