Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My dad passed away 6/2009 and did not have a will. We have been in probate since 7/2009, How long can one anticipate this Probate process lingering on?

You need to see a probate attorney. The person handling the estate may be required to file an accounting with the court.
