Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my dad passed away 8 years ago and gave me a peice of land on lake houston my siblings want me to have it so how do i sell it so i can pay off my home im living in,i was born with spina bifida and walk on crutches and cant get around to good, can someone tell me how or who to talk to. thanks R.M.

It depends on how your dad gave you that piece of land, how it has been maintained, the clarity of the title, and the willingness of your siblings to sign over the land and whatnot.
