my daughter passed in 2007.,got sick at work,fellat w0or0k00

my daughter 39 y/o -sick at work ,fell at work, hospitalized two days for burst blood vassel.in front of head, small in the back of head where she fell and dented the wall..she was unmarried,left one daughter-25 y/o at the time..her job-life ins. paid her daughter immediately. her accidental policy with another company for two years will bearly talk to her - something abouthipper law ???/. they have everthing they have ask for. now they want the executor paper. she left no will. no executor . does she have to gat this paper- what can she do to get them to finalize thispolicy with a yes or no ,they have all of her childs i,d, information , and the staff notes ,death certification.what can she do??

I am assuming your daughter has passed away and her child is trying to collect on a policy. A death certificate should be all they need, but if they want more, see if they will accept an affidavit of heirship. If the child doesn't have the money to pay an attorney, check with the legal clinic at the Dallas Bar Association or North Texas Legal Services.
