Death no insurance or will
My mother in law is living with my husband and I she has retirement from IRS but says she has no life insurance. In case of her death who will be responsible for her burial expenses are will we be responsible for any of her finances.

Burial expenses are usually covered by insurance. It would pay to take out a policy on her.
If there's no insurance, you can either pay for her funeral or have the county take the body for a pauper's grave.
