death of a parent
my mother passed away in 2005. does my father have a legal right to stop people from posting a picture of her headstone on various websites. we have e-mailed certain websites and have been told that they would not remove the picture. do we have any legal action that we can use to stop this?

You could go to court and try to get a restraining order, but you will need an attorney, pay a good amount of money, and maybe not succeed.
