deceased annuities
Are annuities part of a persons will? If you have 12 names listed in the will for inheritance and only 4 of those names listed on the annuitie, do only the 4 names listed get the annuitie moneys?

An annuity is not part of a will.

Assets like annuities and life insurance policies that have named beneficiaries are not distributed through the Will. They go directly to the named beneficiaries.
