Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My deceased aunt has property under a living trust. My sister was the administrator, but has recently passed away also. What do I need to do take over as the new administrator? Neither of them left a will.

It's very uncommon to have a living trust without a pour over will. If not, there should be successor information contained in the trust.
