Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
deceased parents will
my sister probated the wills and didnot notifily any of tje brothers. After the judge signed the probate we the bothers found out about the proceeding. The wishes of the wills were not carried out. Who would help this problem?

You need professional help. Contact an attorney and have him or her re-open probate to present additional evidence.

The omitted brothers need to file a complaint in the Utah court that conducted the probate. Call for a free consultation.
