I'm not a Texas lawyer, nevertheless I've never heard of a "power of attorney" included in someone's Last Will and Testament. A Last Will and Testament comes into effect after someone dies, and the person in charge can be called an "executor" or "personal representative." But never "power of attorney."
Good luck.
