died without a will
my husband's grama died without a will she left some money in her bank account what form do we need to file. it will be going to 3 grandsons 1 of them is in jail at the time.

You need to check with the bank and see if she designated a benificiary on the account - this is often called a POD account. If she did this, you just need to present her death certificate to the bank.
If she did not do this, then a court will need to administer her estate. You will need to hire a lawyer to help you with this.
