Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

ex dies owing $13,000 in back child support

My ex husband died unexpectidly a week before the court date set up by the Attorney Generals office to enforce CS. They say now they will go after his estate on behalf of our 2 children.

The problem is,his sister who says there is a will and that she is exec. of it doesnt think my children should get anything other than being able to get social security.

She will not show anyone the will and refuses to enter it into probate(she has 4 yrs to probate)her exact words. In the meantime while the AG's office has not yet filed a lien, His sister has his astro van parked in her yard 4-sale. and all his other personal belongings have been removed from his residence i.e.both boats are at his aunts house, camper is at the sisters sons house and so on. I don't really have the extra money to hire legal help, not upfront anyway, that's why I went to the AG for help in collecting the child support in the first place. I just don't know how she can be selling and giving his estate away with no regard for his children whatsoever. what can I do?

Let the AG's office know what is going on. They're handling the matter right now, and are probably not aware of the death.
