disbursement of property when no will is in place

If property is left to three sisters and all are deceased, and no will is in place, how is the money disbursed that's received from either sell of property or money from drilling if all three sister has living children?

You must get a competent probate lawyer..money will not be distributed without probate...no sensible person nor company would pay anything..but put it all in escrow...

You will need to probably do an administration and heirship to obtain some kind of order showing that you and whoever else are entitled to those funds. I don't know how long it has been since this person died either, there may be statute of limitations issues. Also, you mention a sale of property, who's property? Is it the decedent's? How did you sell it? Let me know if I can help. I agree with the first poster and advise meeting with an attorney at least once, lay out all the face and see if he or she can help you. Good luck.
