Disposition of Trailer Home

Does my sister who was made executrix with p.o.a. over my dad's estate need his permission to sell his trailer home since he was deemed to have dementia and presently resides in a nursing home/rehabilitation center?

Provided your dad is alive, and provided the POA is valid, she would have authority to do so under the POA.
