divorce death and a will
if a will was done but never probated or changed,a divorce ensues and then a person dies, is the divorced spouse entitled to part or all of an estate, or does it just ''disappear''?? also what is the time limit on a will? thanks

The law treats the ex as if they died before the decedent. Ex gets zilch.
