which one

I was divorced with 2 adult children. I remarried and he passed away. Which will should I use? I am confused.

If one was prepared and signed before your divorce, then that will is void. If they were both executed before the divorce, then you will need an heirship proceeding. If he had a will done after the divorce and it is the newest will, then that one should be used. In any event, you should contact an attorney for help. A simple probate or heirship proceeding will only take a few months and should be fairly inexpensive.

If you are confused I urge you to see a lawyer. I can't tell what you are asking - "which will?". Only the will of your deceased spouse should be used.
