Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

duties of trustee

I am a beneficiary of my late father's trust and have not received a copy of the trust document or any of the accounting. The trustee ignores my e-mails and phone calls, so I am very concerned. I have no idea how much she gets compensated and what is really going on, since there is an estate involved, but the majority of the funds are on the stock market. I see no benefit to myself whatsoever, and would like to have my share being paid out to me since the trustee(my sister) prefers not to contact me or answer my calls. There is no way there would ever be a peaceful solution, and there will never be cooperation from her side. I think she has something to hide and is benefiting too much. What shall I do? This was not my father's intention, but I think she knows that I am living far away, and hope that I will keep quiet and forget about everything. As I understand a beneficiary is entitled to a copy of the trust as well as the accounting at least twice a year. I am afraid because in a year or two there might not be anything left for the beneficiaries. There are two more beneficiaries, and they agree with me. I am certain now I will need professional help. Thanks.
