Is there a certain amount you have to be worth when using the word eastate in a will?

No. An estate can include your car or house or bank account or anything else you might own at the time of death. In Texas it is cheap, easy, and quick to probate a will and helps those who are left behind to sort things out.

No. "Estate" refers to whatever you may own without respect to value.
