father died recently, told by step-mom she has, revocable living trust, for the house and vehicles,are the executors notified of proceedings by texas legal system ,i have nothing to go on

In Ohio, a law was recently passed requiring that the beneficiary of trust estate are to be notified. I don't know about Texas law.

If your father transferred all of his property by valid trust, there is likely no estate remaining. If you are the executor of his will, you could possibly file the will for probate, and depose your step mother for a copy of the trust document and verify that the property was properly transferred to trust. You might need a lawyer for this work.
