Wife died without will we had no kids but she had 4 from previous marriage. I now need to remove wifes name from land deed. how is it possible?

Your wife's children are heirs at law in her 1/2 community property interest in the land. You will have to get them to disclaim any interest or sign deeds to transfer their interest. You could have to buy out their interest and could result in litigation. This is what happens when you don't have a will. Good Luck.
